1. Services Provided

Washbugs provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, ironing, and home cleaning services. By placing an order, you authorize us to treat your items or enter your premises (for home cleaning) as requested.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Garment Care: Customers must check all pockets for valuables. Washbugs is not responsible for items left in pockets (money, jewelry, etc.).

  • Access: For home cleaning or pickup/delivery, customers must ensure safe and timely access to the provided address.

  • Damage Reporting: Any claims regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Liability & Limitations

  • Standard Wear and Tear: Washbugs is not responsible for damage resulting from weak materials, color bleeding, or shrinkage if the manufacturer’s care label instructions were followed.

  • Specialty Items: While we handle all items with “care and precision,” high-value items are processed at the owner’s risk unless explicitly declared.

  • Home Cleaning: We are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces or furniture in the home.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Payment is due upon service completion or as specified during the booking process.

5. Cancellations
